Location was perfect for what we needed. The room was ok not as clean as we were hoping for but for one night we didn't mind. The staff were really friendly. Yes we would stay again because of the location
Considering the room cost us less than £35, this was a very good room. Sure, it's basic and could be upgraded overall, but the sheets and bathroom were clean, the staff at the reception desk was nice and it was quiet at night. What else can you ask for for that money? Would stay there again.
Pleasantly suprised after reading previous reviews. I was welcomed upon arrival, check in was easy, my room was a nice size and very clean with services on the doorstep. Parking is an additional cost if you book third party but still great value!
Got a very cheap price for a room so wasn't expecting much. What a pleasant surprise. Although the whole place was old, it was spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely. No noise from motorway. Good range of eateries on site. Comfortable bed & joy of joys - a kettle with tea & coffee sachets in the room!

I have been staying in this hotel for approximately 2 year and in the last few months I has had immensely improved in the cleanliness , the carpets have been clean well and the toilets have been topped up well. There is always ample towels and tea and coffee. The rooms are spacious. I have to hand this improvement to the new General manager CHANNELA . Also I would like to mention OBY and Charlotte for always welcoming myself with a smile and friendliness. It's a real pleasure to always see them on the reception desk. Overnight stay on our drive back to Devon. Had stopped at the services many times but not used the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Was a very hot evening but rooms had fans to help keep you cool. A great place for a stop.
